11 Dec 2013

Himalayan Nature and Adventure Foundation (HNAF) is set to organise the 23rd Annual All India Nature Study cum Adventure Camp for the physically challenged children and youth from December 18 to December 22.

In a press meet held at Siliguri Journalist club HNAF secretary Shankar Majumdar said the camp will be held at Chilouni Forest Primary School in Samsing.

Majumdar said the syllabus for nature study will be same for both physically challenged children and youths and the normal ones to prove that the former group is nowhere lagging behind. Moreover, this will increase the disabled participants’ self-confidence, he added. Children and youths aged between 5-25 years will be participating in the camp.

HNAF secretary further said a similar program, the 29th Children Nature Study cum Advertisement Camp, will be organised at the same venue from December 25 to December 29.
